SHIPPING – PAPER PRINTS

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all Paper Prints to anywhere in the world.

We use registered services which we can track.

Estimated delivery times vary from 2 to 14 days.

Our Paper Prints are packaged with care. They are shipped rolled in a tube, or flat in an envelope. In the event that an item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a replacement delivered to you at no additional cost.

SHIPPING – CANVAS ARTWORKS

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all Canvas Artworks to anywhere in the world.

We use registered services which we can track.

Estimated delivery times vary from 14 to 28 days.

Your package requires a signature upon delivery. Please nominate a delivery address where somebody is available to sign for the parcel. If you are rarely at home during business hours we recommend that you nominate a business address for delivery. For Australian buyers: In the event that an Australia Post delivery isn’t taken as no-one is home, a collection card will be left for you to pick up from your local Australia Post Office. For any other courier service within Australia and for International buyers, a delivery that is not received on first attempt may require a fee for redelivery, depending on the courier service used.

For Canvas artwork buyers outside Australia, please contact us personally via email to place your order, as we are unable to process Canvas artworks via the website.

International Orders can only be shipped as an unstretched Canvas for quality assurance purposes. Your chosen artwork will be at a lower price than what appears on the website, as it no longer incurs stretching and framing costs at our end. Artworks will be packaged as a scroll and sent in a carrier tube, for stretching and framing by your chosen local framer. We use registered shipping services which we can track.
