If you are unsatisfied with a purchase we are happy to offer a full refund or shop credit. We ask that you contact us within 5 days of receiving your item via email at info@themarchollective.com. We will then email you with a Returns Acceptance Confirmation (RAC) and request that you return the goods within 14 days of receiving our RAC. It’s really important you adhere to these 5 and 14 day time limits. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at our discretion and may only be refunded as a store credit.
Artworks must be returned unmarked and undamaged. Artworks must be returned in suitable packaging to ensure they are fully protected in transit as we do not accept liability for any returned items until they are received undamaged at the returns address.
We offer a 100% refund on pieces that are returned for whatever reason (unless damaged).
Please allow 4 weeks for your return to be received, processed and to appear on your credit card statement. You will receive a confirmation email once your credit card has been refunded.
All exchanges and returns purchased on this website must be returned to this website. All exchanges & returns purchased from a separate store will need to be returned to the place of purchase and will be governed by that business’ relevant terms & conditions.
Should you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately by email at info@themarchcollective.com.

At your request and where possible, we will replace your piece. If we need to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same piece in the same size. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced you will receive a full refund.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS:
The customer is responsible for the cost and delivery incurred and associated with the return of the goods to us.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
The shipping cost for all returns and exchanges from International destinations is payable by the customer. (This allows us to keep the initial outward shipping charges to a minimum).
Customers may use their own preferred method of postage, and an additional 14 days are allowed for the shipment to arrive back to us. Customers are advised to register or insure their parcel as we do not accept liability for any returned items until they are safely received at our returns address.
