Gift vouchers can be sent direct to the recipient, posted to your address so you can deliver it in person or emailed directly into your recipient's inbox – perfect if you're looking for an instant delivery.

SHIPPING

All shipping and postage of gift vouchers is free unless accompanied by the purchase of an artwork.

This applies to both Australian and International gift voucher purchases.

GIFT VOUCHERS INFORMATION:

• Select the gift voucher amount you wish to purchase.
• Add this gift voucher into your shopping cart.
• Click "check out"
• You then will be asked to enter the details of the person who will receive the gift voucher along with your personalised message to the recipient.

To Email your VIRTUAL voucher directly to recipient:

• If you wish to email the gift voucher directly to the recipient, then enter the RECIPIENT’S email address in with their details.
• An email will then be forwarded to that recipient with the details of the gift voucher that they can spend on our on-line store.

To Hand deliver or Post your PRINTED voucher to the recipient:

• If you wish to hand deliver or post your gift voucher card to the recipient, then enter YOUR OWN email address in with the recipients details.
• An email will then be forwarded to YOU and you should forward this email onto us at info@themarchcollective.com.
• If you wish to hand deliver your gift voucher, please advise of us this, and include your own postal address in the body of the email.
• If you would like us to post the gift voucher directly to the recipient, please advise us of this, and include the recipient’s postal address in the body of the email.
• We will then print the gift voucher, and mail it out to either you or the recipient.
• Postage is free.

The recipient can check on the balance on the gift voucher and make one or multiple transactions until they have used up the value of the gift voucher.

GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months. You can request an extension of your gift voucher prior to the expiry date by emailing info@themarchcollective.com.
• Gift vouchers purchased online are only redeemable at the on-line store.
• The gift voucher can be used to as part payment for any purchase made on-line.
• Gift Vouchers can be used on sale items.
• Gift Vouchers are non transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
• If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher, the remaining balance must be paid by credit card.
• No change is given and any balance that remains on the gift voucher can only be used in whole or part against future purchases at The March Collective on-line store.
• If you wish to return products you have purchased using a Gift Voucher, you are not entitled to a refund - however you are welcome to exchange for another product.
• The March Collective is not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
